Often nothing is “broken” yet, but something feels off: information is incomplete, decisions are made on convenience, and clarity is replaced by reassuring narratives. That tension, more than any single role or framework, shaped my work.

Ade Oluborode is a Barrister-at-Law of the Bar of Ireland and the Bar of Northern Ireland, an accredited mediator, and a legal and financial professional with over 30 years’ experience across financial services, regulation, governance, and public administration. At Tymans Group, Ade works with clients to deliver legal, advisory, and risk management support that strengthens corporate governance and manages regulatory risk in complex and regulated environments.

Keiko Taeymans (née Umeda) is TY's co-founder and financial officer. Career highlights include being a CEO assistant at a major US investment bank and providing financial and CEO support to various companies in Tokyo. Keiko ensures that all the operations and client administration are in order and fully followed up. If you have any administrative questions, Keiko is your point of contact.

Dominik Kaoru Taeymans is the CSDM specialist with international experience in Belgium, the Netherlands, and now also Japan, where he resides. He currently holds the position of Global Process Owner for Configuration Management at a systemic European insurance company.  At TY he is your configuration management advisor.
