Gert started in IT and support in 1986 and built up IT operations and IT risk management experience since then. ISACA certification, ICTTF certifications, and signed client documentation now support his knowledge and experience.
Clients typically sign us up for a first job, and we end up being friends.

Dominik, as a teen, vowed to never follow in his father's footsteps. Well, that changed. Since 2021, Dominik has grown into the role of corporate global process owner for configuration management at a global insurance company with over 15,000 staff. And guess what? Configuration management is a cornerstone of resilience.

Furthermore, TY works in close cooperation with select teams.
