From the very beginning, our focus has been on giving the best possible value to our clients. As our experience grew, we started to apply this at scale and in high-velocity environments. 

(Pre-)History

Gert started in IT and support in 1986 with IT operations and IT risk management experience, backed by ISACA certification and signed client documentation.
Clients typically sign us up for a first job, and we end up being friends.

Dominik, as a teen, vowed to never follow in his father's footsteps. Well, that changed. Since 2021, Dominik has grown into the role of corporate global process owner for configuration management at a global insurance company with over 15,000 staff. And guess what? Configuration management is a cornerstone of resilience.

You know how it works in family businesses. People need to think about a lot more than their core competencies. That is where Keiko comes in. My spouse takes care of all the back-office work. Simply put: that means that we can focus on you and provide you with the solutions you need.
