Lucie Loiseau founded Data Cash Solution, an Ireland‑based consultancy specialized in data protection, data management, and AI governance for regulated industries. She brings 20 years of experience in the financial sector across France, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Sweden, and Ireland and supports insurance and banking organizations that need practical, hands-on guidance to manage complex data environments and meet regulatory expectations. 

She developed the “Know Your Data” (KYD) approach to help organizations map, understand, and use their data in a simple, transparent, and actionable way. Her work focuses on responsible data use, trustworthy AI, and pragmatic governance. 

Lucie teaches in business schools and universities and supports startups and corporate teams in building effective and ethical data practices. She is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and contributes to initiatives that strengthen trust and accountable AI. She also serves as President of La French Tech Dublin and supports collaborations between French and Irish business communities, including the France Ireland Chamber of Commerce (FICC) and the International French Entrepreneurs (OSCI)
