I give you precise instructions on even recognizing that you have an incident (where you may have thought the event was business as usual) and then what the exact process steps are to solve it. Live coaching beyond the 90-minutes described below, is available as an add-on. Please contact me for details. The product is in progress, with modules being released as they are ready. Your "in-progress" access comes with a 90-minute access to Gert to discuss a specific issue you want solved and / or added to the guide. I release the modules between mid July through December 2021.
